Saryu is a planning and cost-comparison tool for AI work. It converts a goal you describe into a suggested workflow, recommends third-party AI tools and models for each step, estimates indicative costs, and generates prompts. Saryu does not execute those AI tasks for you and does not send your work to paid AI providers on your behalf except where a feature explicitly says so and you have opted in.

The AI models, tools and services Saryu recommends are provided by third parties. Saryu is a tool to help you minimise cost while pursuing the best possible outcome — it is not responsible for the output, accuracy, quality, legality or outcomeof any recommended model, tool or workflow. Recommendations, cost estimates, savings figures and generated prompts are provided on an "as is" basis for guidance only, and are not professional, legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and deciding whether to rely on anything produced with the help of Saryu or the tools it recommends. Always check important facts, figures and legal or safety-critical content with a qualified person.

All cost and savings figures are indicative estimates based on stored, periodically updated pricing and exchange rates, shown as ranges with the assumptions disclosed. They are not quotes. The actual price you pay any third-party provider is set by that provider in their own currency and terms. Currency conversions are approximate.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Saryu, and at least 18 (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security or limits, use it unlawfully, or use it to plan activities that are illegal or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The goals, project content and results you enter remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content back to you in order to run the service — nothing more. We do not use your project content to train AI models or claim any ownership over what you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you enter. Saryu's own software, design and branding remain ours.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown before purchase in Australian dollars; where displayed in another currency, the conversion is indicative and the charged amount is set at checkout. Prices shown to Australian customers include GST; other taxes may apply based on your location and are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If we change a plan's price, we will give you notice before it takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal — if you disagree, cancel before then. Except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), payments are non-refundable.

Using a recommended third-party tool or model is subject to that provider's own terms and pricing. Saryu is not affiliated with, and does not control, those providers. Free tiers, limits and features of third-party tools are set by them and can change.

We work to keep Saryu reliable (a public status page is available), but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (and equivalent protections may apply in your country). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where the law permits us to limit our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Saryu and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, recommendations, estimates, prompts, or third-party tools. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you — such as an email to your account address or a notice in the app — before or when the change takes effect, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
