How to use Saryu
Everything you need for your first project, in one read. No jargon, no experience needed.
What Saryu does
Saryu doesn't build things itself — it makes your plan, picks the right AI tool for each step, and writes exactly what to say to it.
You do each step in that tool, in your own account.
Saryu keeps track of your progress and moves you forward until the thing is done.
Think of a navigation app: it plans the route and tells you where to turn — you drive.
Your first project in 5 minutes
This is the whole loop. On your first project, a small “How this works” box on the step walks you through it too — press “Got it” when you don’t need it any more.

Type your goal
On your Dashboard, type what you want to make into the box — "a 30-second ad for my cafe", "a speech for my sister's wedding", "an app for my shop". One sentence is enough. As you type, a "Saryu suggests" preview shows the plan it has in mind. Press Plan my project.

Pick one of the three options
Your plan opens as a list of steps. At the top, under "Three ways to get this done — pick one", you'll see Cheapest, Balanced and Highest quality, each with an honest cost and time estimate. Pick one — Cheapest is a great first choice, and you can change your mind later.

Copy the prompt for the current step
Find the step marked Current step. Under "Prompt for this step" there's a ready-made message, written for the exact tool and model Saryu recommends.

Press Copy & open
For most tools there's a Copy & open in…button — press it and the tool opens in a new tab with your prompt copied, often already typed in for you. Just send it. (If a tool doesn't have the button, press Copy prompt, open the tool yourself in your own account, and paste.)

Bring the result back
Copy the answer the tool gives you, come back to Saryu, and paste it into the Step result box — there's a Paste from clipboard button to do it in one press.
For steps that make a video, image, presentation design or audio, there's nothing to paste — the button says Mark as produced in that tool, and you can add a link if you want it in the project record.

Mark the step done
Press Mark step done. Saryu saves the result, updates your project's memory, and moves you to the next step. (There's a Skip stepbutton too, if a step doesn't apply to you.)

Repeat until you're done
Do the same for each step: copy & open, run the prompt in the tool, paste the answer back, mark it done. When the last step is finished, the project is complete — and Saryu shows what it cost and what you saved.
Tell Saryu what you already pay for
The cheapest AI is usually one you already pay for. On the Subscriptions page, add the ones you have — ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Canva, Microsoft 365, and so on. It takes about a minute.
From then on, Saryu routes steps through them first, before ever suggesting something new. Steps covered by your subscriptions show an Included in your plan badge — no extra cost to you — and your plans get cheaper across the board.
The three options
Every plan comes three ways. Pick whichever fits today — you can run different steps on different options.
Cheapest
The lowest-cost way to get it done — usually free tools and subscriptions you already have.
Balanced
The cheapest option that's still good enough for what this project needs.
Highest quality
The best result Saryu knows how to get, whatever it costs.
Costs are honest estimates, shown as ranges — AI usage varies, so a single exact number would be a guess dressed up as a fact. Every card lists the assumptions behind its numbers.
Got an idea for an app or website?
Type it like you'd tell a friend: "an app where my customers can book a table". That's enough.
Saryu makes a plan that starts with writing your idea down in plain words, then routes you to a no-code app builder — a tool that builds working apps from a plain-English description. No coding, no technical terms, and the free tier is enough for a first version.
One honest note: the first version won't be perfect, and that's normal. The plan includes trying it out, listing what to change, and improving it a few things at a time — that's how everyone does it, including professionals.
When you finish
When your steps are done, a completion summary shows what the project cost, how long it took, and what you saved compared with paying full price for the same work — your Savings Report keeps the running total across projects. Press Wrap up this project to bring everything into one tidy package you can check, print, share or hand over. Finished projects stay in your history — 30 days on the free plan, forever on Personal.
If you get stuck
The plan doesn't fit what I meant
Rephrase your goal and say what you want to make, not what you want to know. "Make a one-page flyer for my market stall" gets a better plan than "marketing help". Making a plan is always free, so trying again costs nothing.
The tool gave me a bad result
Under the finished step, answer Did this option work well? with No, then press Plan a second attempt. Saryu lays out your options — try again with a tougher prompt, pay a little more for a stronger tool, switch to a different tool, or fix it yourself — with the cost of each before you choose. On Personal Plus, Saryu also writes the tougher retry prompt for you.
What does the AI check button do?
Buttons like Improve this plan with AI and the AI double-check at wrap-up ask an AI to look over your plan or your results and point things out. They never run on their own, and they can never change your work — they only suggest. The free plan includes 3 AI checks to try; Personal includes 30 a month. Everything else in Saryu works without them.
Is my information private?
Your plan is built on our own servers — your goal is not sent to any AI provider. The only things that go to an AI are the prompts you choose to paste into your own tools, and the optional AI checks you press yourself. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Saryu is a website, so it works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer — nothing to install. Copying prompts between apps is comfier on a bigger screen, but everything works everywhere.
Billing and cancelling
Plans are on the pricing page. You can change or cancel any time from your account — access runs to the end of what you've paid for.
